RESIDENTIAL WINDOW CLEANING:
All windows are cleaned with a bio-degradable soap that dries streak free. We do not use window cleaners with ammonia, as the use ammonia based cleaners over time can leave a permanent etching on your windows that have UV protection. Occasionally windows may require scraping to remove the dirt and grime. We only use top quality stainless steel blades designed for this specific purpose.
We use the same bio-degradable soap when cleaning all parts of glass in your house.

All windows are scrubbed with a soft pad then squeegeed off. Then we wipe around the window frame to remove any drips.

As part of our window cleaning service we remove, brush and replace all screens at no extra cost to you. Additionally we will brush and wipe the screen track to remove any dirt and other debris.

Outdoor lamps:
Outdoor lamps can make or break the curb appeal of your home. We will dismantle and clean the glass in your lamp fixtures. This is a good time to replace any broken or burnt out light bulbs. If the light bulbs are in good condition, we will clean them off and replace them in the lamp.

Mirrors:
Large mirrors are difficult to clean at times. After we clean your mirrors you will notice the difference in the clarity.

Chandeliers:
Chandeliers are designed to be an important and functional part of your interior decorating. Chandeliers come in many different shapes and sizes and usually require standing on a ladder to get them cleaned. We clean inside and outside of chandeliers. While we are cleaning them it is a good time to replace light bulbs as well.

Ceiling fans:
Ceiling fans collect dust. Dust left on the fans over time will become very crusty. We will clean your fans from the ceiling mount down to the light fixture.

Storm windows:
We dismantle storm windows for cleaning as well. We clean all sides of the glass and replace the storm windows on the house.

Additional information:
We recommend you have your windows cleaned at least once a year to prevent the dirt and grime form building up. However most of our clients are on a 3-6 months rotation. Windows that are cleaned more often, clean easier and resist the weather and elements better. We welcome repeat customers and offer priority to returning customers.
